This beast of a book has been called Jones’ masterpiece. It’s the best horror book I’ve read in a very very long time.

Layered in dreamlike writing and rooted in a shocking historical atrocity, We Do Not Part is lyrical, haunting and challenging.

Neko Case’s memoir is essential even if you don’t know her iconic voice. She’s a brilliant writer with an unforgettable, inspiring story.

Liars by Sarah Manguso
Liars is fiction that’s written with the urgency and fury of a memoir. Manguso is new to me, but this won’t be the last of hers I read.
